BuildingChampionCyclistsFL
Building Champion Cyclists Fl is a non-profit organization created solely for the purpose of identifying and developing Elite Junior Cyclists from the state of Florida. The goal is to provide them with motivational support, coaching opportunities, travel expenses and the basic tools needed to subject them to national level races. This program is funded by you.

Free Youth Training Program: BuildingChampionCyclistsFL.net is offering a 6-week base and building training plan for the series followed with training guidelines for the 8 race series. This is a base program for ages 11 – 18 only. In addition this is an introduction to a basic structured training program covering total weekly mileage, core work and basic strength training. Thus, junior riders that are all ready riding at the expert level would not necessary benefit from this program guideline. Click Here for Details.
