Drew Edsall offers VO2 max and Lactate threshold testing. The testing is done using a metabolic cart which measures the amount of Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide that you breath in and out with each breath. This type of testing is great in determining your current fitness level and also lets you take a glance into your potential as an athlete. I will be offering the tests throughout

Dean Yobbi began his competitive cycling career in 2001 as a Beginning-Class Age 40-Plus Category mountain biker. Wanting to improve his fitness, he began researching training methods, leading to the purchase of Joe Friel's The Mountain Biker's Training Bible in 2002. Aside from a brief period of BMX racing in the mid-1970s, Yobbi, 46, had no previous competitive cycling experience or an endurance sports background. With attention to detail and discipline, he advanced to the mountain bike Expert Class and finished fourth in the 2006 Florida State Championship Series age 40-plus category.
Yobbi is dedicated to developing endurance athletes and eager to share war stories and knowledge. Most importantly, he's available to listen to the needs of endurance athletes who are seeking individualized training plans, pledging "I will look and act professional; I will be conscientious; I will do what I say; I will admit when I'm wrong."
